C2SM members Dominik Brunner and Sebastian Schemm have newly been elected professors at ETH Zurich. Dominik Brunner is a recognised specialist in air pollution and Sebastian Schemm's research focuses on the dynamics of atmospheric flows.

Seven «Highly Cited Researchers 2019» from D-USYS and the C2SM Community
By citation analysis, the Clarivate Analytics Web of Science Group identifies researchers who have been recognized by the research community around the world for over a decade in the form of exceptionally high citation rates. A total of 18 ETH professors made it onto the "Highly Cited Researchers" list this year. More than a third of them - 7 in all - belong to the Department of Environmental Systems Science (D-USYS) and 6 of them are community members of the C2SM.

New CAS Natural Hazard - Risk Management
